Here’s the latest from my regular spot for Orange in Belgium. Directed by Andre Maat.
With 2018 firmly behind us and filed on the shelf labelled ‘Oh God, don’t remind me!’, I can happily announce that the fallow year is no more and there are some new exciting projects on the horizon for the spring of 2019.
First up, I’m now the voice for the new UK campaign for BOOKING.COM You can watch it below here and catch it on the TV spots throughout the spring as part of the UEFA Nations League campaign.
I’ve also recently returned from Belgium, where I did a cheeky appearance in a new spot for Orange. This fun little piece below was directed by LA based director, Ryan Patrick and is continuing with extra spots throughout year.
It was bitter sweet catching the Eurostar train from London thinking that this could be the last time I can happily walk through the gates with my EU passport to work. Freedom to work easily in Europe was always a great addition to my career – sad to think it might soon disappear, especially when I clearly have such a great gallic nose. Viva La Nez! Vive L’Europe !
Howdy, internet people…
I’m now well into my third year in my newly adopted town of Los Angeles and have learn’t quite a lot: like how to eat a burrito whilst driving, leaf-blowers are on EVERY street corner and that kale and yoga pants are a religion. I’ve also managed to scale the castle walls of network TV and land a few of those juicy acting gigs. Here’s what you can catch me this spring on your screens.
First up, you can catch me dropping in for chapter 14 in the epic 2nd season of LEGION on FX coming this April 3rd. Starring Dan Stevens, Aubrey Plaza and me, David McCusker!
Also coming up this spring you can catch me in the new season of PLAY BY PLAY on streaming channel Go:90
This coming of age comedy is about an ESPN sportscaster who looks back on his life in the 90s and gives the play-by-play of his adolescence. You’ll be able to watch me as Lester Tinkum, the strange neighbour who makes his debut in episode 2 of this new season.
More news to follow on my latest writing project, so WATCH THIS SPACE!
Excited to announce my first foray into a major video game franchise !
The release of this new chapter of Call of Duty or COD (that’s what the kids call it) happened today and I was proud to get to be a part of it. You can catch me in the game giving a little intro on the merits of joining the Royal Armoured Division.
Catch the video below:
Here’s the Beta Version intro to all the divisions.
Des Moines, Iowa. Who knew? I didn’t. I’m not sure if most of America knows either, but I had a lovely time cycling the Netherland-flat city in search of craft beers in-between filming the second season of Play by Play, a new comedy for teens on the Verizon channel Go90.
I think that’s all I can say. Keep your eyes peeled for my lovely character bursting on your screens soooooon. (Spring 2018)

In other news I have just finished a project with funny man Danny McBride (more news on this in May) and I’m still slogging away at getting my comedy web-series, Losing My Accent up and running. See below posts for links to the trailer.
Ok, the less said about 2016 the better, right? Every current online post is all about the bloody awfulness of the last 12 months, so the last thing you want is another end-of-days moan accompanied by a ‘See No Evil’ monkey emoji, AMIRIIIIGHT??
Instead then, let me share with you some New Year LOLS. At the beginning of last year (no, don’t say it!) I started writing a new web-series comedy called Losing My Accent; a cheeky little 10-episode piece about the life of a middle-aged actor trying out life in Hollywood (the parallels are astounding, I know). I shot a teaser, and started the pitch to industry whilst beginning the online push for 2017.
I’ve launched the teaser on Vimeo. The teaser itself is an extended scene from a the 1st episode /pilot – so you get the flavour of it. Hold on to your diaphragms, it’s 9 minutes long:
KUDOS TO THE TEAM:
I was very lucky to get a great team for project too; working opposite me was the sublime talents of David Fynn (currently in School Of Rock in ol’ London Town) and Sims Holland (check out her new Disney commercial) and the wonderful director was comedienne Ella Smith (catch her in Hoff The Record and Cinderella). Special thanks to the amazing crew and the editing prowess of Emma Rasmussen.
